tomayto, tomahto and potayto, potahto. Japan and Germany were committing massacres during WW2. At least Germany apologized what they have done to Jewish. Japan on the other hand, have never written the correct history in their history books, shame on Japan!

The Spanish, though not numerous, seem to give themselves plenty of space between the dots on the chart. I'd gather that they value their space.
This pattern seems to parallel their political sphere in the case that Spain is made of distinct autonomous communities and former kingdoms who try to maintain their space and legislative jurisdiction. In other words, a kingdom of kingdoms.
Perhaps I've over-psychoanalysed this but that is my take on the graph.

Based on my experience and knowledge of Japanese people in general and looking at the photos, I would agree with Precision and add that they are all very uniform. Just look at how modest, kind, most of them are and the inclination to stay in order. Based on the stickers alone you can tell the Japanese are the most clean and in order, each person align their sticker with the rest as if socially keeping in order. Then you look at the stickers for other countries, to each their own self and a mess.
This is a generalisation but I’d say the way the Japanese place their stickers speaks a lot for their people’s inner qualities.
An addition to the “precision” quality, I remember reading a story here on Quora of how precise and on-time trains in Japan are, like they're not even a minute early or delayed.

Interestingly, some of the orderly behaviour of the Japanese may come down to the so-called Rice Theory in which rice-growing societies are overly communal and collaborative contrasting with more individualistic wheat, barley and corn growing societies. In Japan’s case such behaviour may have become more pronounced due to the nation’s relative isolation.

I remember seeing a TikTok with this, but instead of the Spanish flag there was a Mexican flag and the red dots where organized in the form of a sentence “Puto el que lo lea.” which can translate to “If you can read this, you gay.”
